Recently, our company successfully completed a specialized mayonnaise production experiment, achieving satisfactory results. This test aimed to verify the processing capacity and efficiency of our mixer in high-oil-content emulsion systems, providing customers with more precise production solutions.

I. Raw Materials for Mayonnaise Production and the Tested Machine


The core raw materials for this test were aseptic egg liquid and edible oil, the most classic base formula for mayonnaise. High-oil systems demand extremely high stability and fineness in emulsification, making them a true test of equipment performance. Therefore, we used the SLFT series integrated three-stage emulsifying pump-type emulsifying mixer for the entire operation.

 

This equipment is specifically designed for challenging emulsification scenarios, and its core advantage lies in its high-efficiency, high-speed three-stage shearing system. The powerful emulsifying system generates continuous shearing force, instantly and thoroughly blending the oil and water phases, making it particularly suitable for the fine homogenization of high-viscosity, high-oil-content sauces such as mayonnaise, salad dressing, and custard.

 


II. Testing Result


The test results were encouraging: In this test, from material input to sauce production, the single-batch production time was only 15 minutes. The finished sauce has a bright appearance, silky texture, and stable consistency, perfectly achieving the expected emulsification effect. This not only verifies the superior performance of the SLFT series in handling high-oil formulations but also reaffirms the enormous potential of our equipment in improving production efficiency. Below is a video demonstration of the trial run, visually showcasing the production process and finished product results.
