700L Emulsifying Mixer for Mayonnaise Running Test
By:Salinovate Team Apr 21,2026
Recently, we have done the running test on our 700L emulsifying mixer for mayonnaise. The testing result was very successful, and we can ship the machine to the customer's factory soon.

I. Description of the Tested Equipment
The 700L machine is our SLFT-H700 model vacuum emulsifying mixer, batch processing capacity is 500L. The water and oil pots are together with the main emulsifying pot. This set of machine is going to serve for the food sauce manufacturer for making mayonnaise. The production capacity is about 1500kg/h based on the customer’s mayonnaise recipe.
II. Equipment Configuration and Key Parameters

III. Factory Test Items and Results
The running testing conducted on this occasion comprised two phases: individual unit testing and integrated linkage testing. The two types of tests were to ensure that the equipment can be rapidly commissioned and put into operation at the customer's site.

3.1 Single-Unit Testing
The technical team conducted sequential independent tests on the main emulsifying pot, water pot, oil pot, and rotor pump to confirm that each component was operating normally and that its parameters met the design specifications.
3.2 Integrated System Testing
Simulating actual production conditions, clean water from the water and oil pots were drawn into the main pot using the emulsification pump's self-priming capability. The circulating emulsification program was then initiated, causing the materials to flow from the bottom of the main vessel through a three-stage emulsification pump for multiple cycles of high-shear processing. Thereby, the water and oil mixture can become a stable emulsion. Throughout this entire process, the rotor pump served to assist in the conveyance of high-viscosity materials.
3.3 PLC System Validation
By executing a pre-configured mayonnaise production recipe via the touchscreen interface, the fully automated control sequence from material feeding, emulsification, and circulation to final discharge was successfully validated. All operational parameters were recorded accurately, and alarm responses were timely.
IV. Shipping and Follow-up Arrangements
