The cutting machine, mixer grinder and colloid mill usually work to grind the fresh carrot, onion, cucumber, mango, tomato, dragon fruit, etc.
1)Cutting machine: high speed cutting blades inside, cut ingredients into slices, or cubes.
2)Mixer grinder machine: bottom design cutter mixer, big pieces of fruit and vegetable can be directly fed in. The mixing and cutting force help to grind them into fine paste.
3)Colloid mill: the inlet size is a bit small, you need to cut the big pieces of products into small size first. The shearing force of the milling rotors crushes the tomato, mango, coconut meat, etc into very fine puree.

All the cutting and grinding machines adopt the mechanical cutting and grinding ways to crush the fresh fruit and vegetable into smooth puree.

1)The source of the crushing power: one is shearing force from the flying mixing blades for cutting machine and mixer grinder while the rest one is the mutual friction power from the fixed disc and rotary rotors.
2)Inlet size: the cutting machine and mixer grinder can accept bigger size materials than the colloid mill.
