The filling and sealing machine is a highly automated piece of equipment, intelligently controlled by a PLC touchscreen. The tube feeding section can be either manual or automatic.
After feeding, the color mark positioning system automatically aligns the tube`s color mark with the center of the seal. The filling station uses a servo motor to precisely control the plunger pump for filling, followed by the sealing process (hot-sealing for flexible tubing and aluminum-plastic tubing, and tail-folding for metal tubing). After sealing, the tube proceeds to the automatic trimming station and then automatically exits.
