1)Automatic tube feeding: Empty metal tubes are neatly and orderly oriented and fed into the tube holder of the equipment one by one via a vibratory feeder or automatic tube feeder.
2)Color mark positioning: To ensure a neat and aesthetically pleasing sealing pattern, the equipment detects the pattern position on the tube body using photoelectric sensors or mechanical mechanisms and drives the tube body to rotate to a preset standard angle.
3)Quantitative filling: The tube holder carries the metal tube to below the filling valve. The filling system (usually using a piston pump) accurately and without residue injects the product into the tube according to the preset capacity. The filling nozzle is inserted deep into the tube opening, effectively preventing foaming and contamination.
4)Internal finishing: After filling, air is expelled from the top of the tube by squeezing. Meanwhile, the tube tail is shaped into a flat form, preparing for sealing.
5)Folding and sealing: This is the core process. The tube tail is folded two or three times using a specific folding tool to form a strong seal.
6)Batch number coding: The tube filling sealing machine adopts mechanical coding method to press the batch number on the tail end.
7)Finished product output: The tube holder releases the finished tubes by the lifting up device. Once the tubes come to this position, they will jump out to the outlet of the filling machine.
