II. The Working Process of the Machine

1. Automatic tube feeding: Empty flexible tubes or metal tubes are neatly arranged and separated by an automatic tube feeding system, and each tube is accurately picked up and positioned onto the workstation fixture by a robotic arm.

2. Positioning and alignment: (Optional function) Photoelectric sensors detect existing patterns or markings on the tubes, and the tube angle is adjusted by rotation to ensure that the product pattern faces the same direction after filling and sealing, improving the packaging aesthetics.

3. Precision filling: The tube is moved below the filling nozzle. A high-precision piston pump or servo pump system injects the food material quantitatively and leak-free into the tube according to the preset capacity.

4. Hot air sealing: This is the core step. The filled tube tail is clamped and heated to soften it, then folded and pressed together using a specific mold to form a strong, aesthetically pleasing, and well-sealed seal. Typically, the production batch number or expiration date is printed at the seal. If the tube is metal, it is folded twice, three times, four times, etc., using a tail-folding device.

5. Finished product output: The finished hose, with its tail sealed, is released from the clamp and conveyed out via a conveyor belt, ready to be connected to subsequent automated equipment such as boxing and cartoning.
