12-15BPM Bottling Production Line for Chili oil Sauce Successfully Delivered
By:Salinovate Team Mar 02,2026
Recently, our company's customized bottling production line for chili oil sauce has delivered to the customer’s factory and completed production testing. It is designed for a condiment company, used for packaging chili oil in 400g round plastic bottles. The entire line includes an automatic bottle unscrambler, a single-head pneumatic piston filling machine, an automatic cap screwing machine, an aluminum foil sealing machine, a round bottle labeling machine, and a laser marking machine. All these devices form the full automation filling line from bottle unscrambling to batch number coding.

Core Configuration:
1)Automatic Bottle Unscrambler: Stable bottle supply, reducing manual intervention.
2)Single-Head Pneumatic Piston Filling Machine: Precisely controls 400g filling volume, gently handling chili oil containing particles.
3)Automatic Cap Screwing Machine: Match the filling speed to ensure a tight seal.
4)Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine: Induction sealing, leak-proof and freshness-preserving.
5)Round Bottle Labeling Machine: Precise labeling, enhancing product appearance.
6)Laser Marking Machine: Mark codes on bottle caps, ensuring permanently clear batch numbers.
Current Capacity:
The entire bottling line operates at a stable speed of 12-15 bpm, fully meeting current customer needs. Considering potential future capacity expansion, the filling unit features a modular design, easily upgraded to a dual-head piston filling machine, increasing the line speed to 20-30bpm. Subsequent equipment such as bottle feeder, capping and labeling machine and marking machine do not require replacement, maximizing customer investment protection.
You can watch the bottle line runnning video to see the complete sauce filing process.

Conclusion:
Our technicians have already debugged all the equipment, and the production line is now officially in use. As an equipment supplier, a customer's purchase does not signify the end, but rather the official commencement of our service. Our mission is truly complete only when the equipment is officially put into production and operating without any issues.
