I. Working Principle and Process

 

The vertical liquid sachet filling machine adopts a continuous automated working method of "bag making first, filling later". The core process can be summarized in the following steps:

 

1)Film Traction and Forming: 


The rolled packaging film, after passing through guide rollers, a tension device, and a photoelectric detection device (for trademark positioning), is rolled into a cylindrical shape by a device called a forming device, wrapping it around the outer surface of the filling pipe.

2)Longitudinal Sealing: 


The longitudinal heat sealer heats and seals the joint edges of the film cylinder, forming a sealed pipe.

3)Transverse Sealing and Cutting: 


The transverse heat sealer completes the top and bottom sealing on the vertical cylindrical film, forming an independent bag, and cuts it at the center. This process simultaneously completes the top sealing of the previous bag and the bottom sealing of the next bag.

 

4)Filling System:


The metering device injects the pre-metered liquid into the formed bag through the filling tube. It should be noted that in actual operation, the filling step may occur after the transverse sealing has formed the bag.

 

5)Finished Product Discharge: 


The bags that have been filled and sealed are automatically cut off and output, and then enter the collection or subsequent packaging process.

II. Main Machine Structure

 

This liquid filling machine is a sophisticated and collaborative system, primarily comprising the following core components:

 

Film Support and Traction Mechanism: A support device for holding the rolled film, guide rollers, a tension device, and a film feeding mechanism driven by a servo motor, responsible for the smooth transport of the film.

 

Forming Unit: A key component, it rolls the flat film into a cylindrical shape.

 

Heat Sealing System: It is mainly composed of longitudinal and transverse heat sealers, responsible for bag forming and sealing. Temperature is precisely controlled by an intelligent temperature controller.

 

Filling and Metering System: It includes a filling tube and a metering device. For food sauces, a commonly used metering device is a piston pump, which uses a cylinder to drive a piston within the cylinder, sucking in and pushing out material to achieve quantitative filling.

Control System: Typically such system adopts PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and human-machine interface (touchscreen) as its core, enabling parameter setting, motion control, and fault diagnosis. The servo motor system ensures accurate film pulling and positioning. Photoelectric sensors are used for film marking detection and positioning.

Machine body and materials: The entire machine is usually made of stainless steel (such as SS304) to ensure compliance with food hygiene requirements.
