I. What Is A Powder Sachet Filling Sealing Machine

The powder sachet filling sealing machine is an automatic filling sealing machine specifically designed for packaging powdery materials. It's called "vertical" because the bag-making process is carried out vertically. Starting with a roll of packaging film, the machine automatically completes the entire process, from bag making, metering and filling, sealing, coding (optional), to final bag cutting.

II. How Does This Machine Work

Powder Conveying: Usually screw conveyor or vacuum conveyor are optional to automatically convey powder materials to the hopper of the powder sachet filling sealing machine.

Feeding and Traction: The roll of composite packaging film is mounted on the machine and pulled downwards smoothly and evenly by the traction mechanism.

Bag Forming and Longitudinal Sealing: The film passes through the forming device and is rolled into a tube. Simultaneously, the machine's longitudinal sealing device heat-seals the sides of the film, forming a continuous, sealed tubular bag.

Transverse Sealing and Cutting: The transverse sealing device clamps the film tube vertically, sealing the top first to form the bottom of the bag, then metering and filling.

Measuring and Filling: Once the bottom of the bag is sealed, the measuring screw (for powder) precisely fills the bag with a measured amount of material.

Sealing and Cutting Completion: After filling, the horizontal sealing device operates again to seal the top of the current bag (i.e., the bottom of the next bag), while simultaneously cutting the finished bag off the film tube using a cutter.

Finished Product Output: The packaged bags fall into a collection box or are conveyed to the next process step.

III. What Types of Bags This Machine Package

This machine uses composite film for heat sealing and bag making, offering strong adaptability to different bag shapes. Besides accepting custom-shaped bags, the standard model typically produces the following three common bag types:

Back-seal bags: This is the most common bag type. The seal lines are located on the back and sides of the bag, leaving a flat display surface on the front, ideal for printing trademarks and product information.

Four-side seal bags: All four sides of the bag are sealed, forming a sturdy and flat bag. This type of bag offers good stability and even distribution of contents, often used for more expensive powder products or those requiring better display.

Three-side seal bags: Three sides of the bag are sewn together, forming a robust bag. This type of bag is commonly used for coffee powder, milk powder, seasoning powder, etc.

1)Technical Information Exchange and Model Confirmation: 

Powder Material Confirmation: name, bulk density, flowability, etc

Bag information: film roll material type, final bag size, load weight per bag

Packing speed: how many bags per min to be packed

Solution and Quotation: Based on your information, we will recommend the most suitable model and provide a detailed technical solution, equipment configuration list, and formal quotation.

Model Confirmation: Once both parties reach an agreement on the technical solution and price, the final purchased model configuration can be confirmed.

2)Contract Confirmation and Execution:

Contract Signing: After model confirmation, we will prepare a sales contract, which will clearly specify the equipment specifications, price, payment method, delivery date, after-sales service terms, etc.

Payment and Production: Both parties sign the contract and pay the advance payment as stipulated in the contract. Upon receiving payment, we will arrange production.

Acceptance and Delivery: After the equipment is completed, we will usually arrange for you to conduct on-site acceptance (or video acceptance). After confirmation that everything is correct, we will ship the equipment and train you to ensure you can operate the equipment proficiently.
