This filling equipment is a semi-automatic rotary table spout pouch bag filling machine for liquid bag filling capping use. It perfectly combines the flexibility of manual operation with the high efficiency of automation. So it is particularly suitable for production lines with medium capacity, multiple product varieties, or high-precision filling requirements.
From another perspective, this semi-automatic filling equipment can also be considered as an automatic spout bag filling machine. Because it has integrated the functions of automatic filling, automatic cap feeding, and automatic capping. Only the bag needs to be hung on the conveyor track by hand. Compared to the machine with only automatic filling function without the cap feeding and cap screwing function, the level of automation has already been very high. For some customers, this is already considered a fully automatic filling machine.
The operator simply places the empty spout bag manually onto the bag hanging device on the turntable. All subsequent processes, including filling, capping, and screwing on (or twisting) the cap, are automatically completed by the machine. This design significantly reduces the labor intensity of operators while ensuring the stability and consistency of the core process.

The equipment adopts a rotating table layout, with workstations arranged sequentially around a circular turntable, ensuring a smooth flow and compact structure.
Function: This is the only manual workstation on the entire line, responsible for accurately placing empty bags at the starting point.
Design: The operator inserts the nozzle of the spout bag into a special clamp on the turntable. The cleverly designed clamp ensures the bag remains stable during rotation and aligns with subsequent workstations. This design reduces automation difficulty and cost while retaining flexibility to handle different bag types.
Function: Perform precise quantitative filling of the bags.
Design: PLC touch screen control, automatically conduct the filling step. The filling head adopts anti-drip design to prevent material contamination of the bag opening and equipment.
Function: Automatically sorts and provides nozzle caps.
Design: The vibratory feeder works as the automatic cap feeding mechanism. The vibratory feeder uses electromagnetic vibration to neatly arrange disordered bottle caps and transports them along a spiral track to the outlet. A slide or air blowing device then accurately places the caps onto the already filled bag opening.
Function: Securely and precisely tighten the nozzle caps onto the bag opening.
Design: This is the core automated station, employing a servo motor-driven robotic capping head. The servo system precisely controls the torque and angle of the capping, ensuring consistent cap tightness for each bag, preventing both over-tightening (causing bag deformation) and over-loosening (causing leakage).
Measuring Pump: Piston cylinder, gear pump, rotor pump, etc various pump system are in supply. We will select for you based on the characteristics of different food viscosity.
Coding Station: Before capping, we can add a coding working station. When the bag arrives at the marking station, there will be photoelectric feedback. At this time, the laser marking machine will start the marking function.
Finished Product Conveying Station: An external belt conveyor is optional at the discharge end to automatically transport packaged products to the next process (such as boxing, weighing, etc.). This help realizes assembly line operation.
High Space Utilization: The circular layout is more compact than a linear layout, occupying less space while offering complete functionality.
Smooth and Stable Process: The turntable rotates intermittently (rotate-stop-action), with fixed action times for each station. Such design ensures smooth operation and eliminates the instability associated with long-distance transmission.
Excellent Expandability: Ample space around the turntable allows for the addition of more stations, such as laser marking functions, easily upgradeable to meet process requirements.
Flexibility and Economy: The semi-automatic design reduces equipment costs and maintenance complexity. So it is ideal for small-batch, multi-variety production models, with easy adjustments during changeovers.
