1)High-Precision Color Mark Positioning Function:  

Addressing the customer's need for pre-printed patterns on the tube body, the equipment uses photoelectric sensors to accurately capture color marks, ensuring consistent pattern orientation during heat sealing. This guarantees the standardization and aesthetics of the final product packaging, meeting branding requirements.

2)Stable Quantitative Filling Function:  

Using a precision plunger pump filling system, the filling machine achieves stable and accurate filling of high-viscosity materials such as pet nutritional paste. The filling volume can be steplessly adjusted within the set range, with a precision error controlled within ±1%. Such filling system effectively ensures the consistency and compliance of product filling and eliminating waste.

3)Secure and Reliable Heating and Crimping Function:

This is a core component. The equipment uses precise temperature and pressure control to heat seal the end of the aluminum-plastic tube, forming a secure seal. The edge sealing effect of this testing equipment is standard flat pressing. If you require a different type of sealing, such as a fan-shaped tail, we support custom orders. Tests showed excellent sealing performance, effectively isolating oxygen and moisture, ensuring the freshness, efficacy, and safety of the cat nutritional supplement during its shelf life.

4)Neat and Aesthetically pleasing Tail Cutting Function:

After the heat sealing process at the end of the tube, there will be excess burrs. Our trimming cutting function can effectively remove these burrs, resulting in a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing tube end.
