Recently, the 30L double jacketed mixing tank for the tomato sauce has been completed and will soon be delivered to customer’s factory for use. This tank integrates vacuum, homogenization, wall mounted stirring, and heating functions. It is tailored specifically for producing high-quality and delicate tomato sauce, meeting the production needs of small batches and high standards of sauce.

I. Customized Design: Tailored to the Production Process of Tomato Sauce
Salinovate had in-depth communication with the customer during the mixing tank design phase. We carried out targeted development around the core demand for producing delicate tomato sauce.
1)Tank Structure Design: Two Working Systems
The whole machine adopts a combination of a bottom homogenizer structure and an upper frame type mixing structure with scrapper. During the production process, the frame mixer can continuously scrape the tank wall to ensure uniform mixing of raw materials and avoid local sedimentation. At the same time, the homogenizer at the bottom runs at high speed to perform high shear treatment on tomato raw materials. The two running systems make the texture more delicate and smooth, meeting the strict taste requirements of high-end tomato sauce.
The mixing tank is fixed type, you can add in the raw ingredients thorough the feeding port. The tomato sauce recipe of the customer is basically the powder and granule basis ingredients and oil, it is easy to pour in these raw materials.

2)Double Layer Jacket Heating Design: Key for the Sauce Production
The tank adopts a double jacket design, and the inter layer can be filled with heating medium to achieve water bath electric heating. This heating method heats up smoothly and evenly, effectively preventing tomato sauce from burning or flavor changes due to local overheating. For small volume equipment such as 30L, the electric heating method is easy to operate and has low investment costs. It is suitable for small and medium-sized production lines or research and development test scenarios. For medium and large mixing tanks, our company usually recommends using steam heating to further improve thermal efficiency and production capacity
Meanwhile, the heating insulation layer is a standard for our mixing tank. This is a protection for the workers to avoid damages due to over high heating temperature.
3)Vacuum Technology: Lock Freshness and Color
Considering the high standard requirements of customers for the color and flavor of tomato sauce products, we designed the vacuum system for the double jacketed mixing tank. During the mixing and heating process, the oxygen content in the tank can be effectively reduced by vacuuming. Thus, the design can help lock freshness and color of the sauce. What’s more, the vacuum environment also helps to remove bubbles from the material, making the sauce denser and more flavorful.
