Our company always regards product quality as the lifeline of the enterprise. Before delivering each device to the customer, it must undergo a rigorous and thorough self inspection process to ensure its stable performance and reliable operation. Today, our production workshop conducted a comprehensive and systematic inspection test on the eight head automatic liquid bottle filling machine that is about to leave the factory.

I. Systematic Inspection Procedure

 

This test run strictly follows standardized operating procedures, progressing step by step to ensure no blind spots in inspection.

 

1)Appearance and Basic Inspection:

 

The first step in the trial process is to conduct a detailed visual inspection of the equipment. The engineering team confirmed that the overall structure of the equipment is firm, the stainless steel surface is smooth, all signs and markings are clear and accurate, and all components are installed in place without missing or loose parts. This is not only a requirement for aesthetics, but also the foundation for the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

 

2)Electrical and Drive Function Verification:

 

After power on, the inspection enters the core electrical and power system testing phase. The engineer sequentially starts the main power supply, control system, and various air sources. This is to confirm that the electrical circuit connections are 100% correct and there are no abnormal alarms. Subsequently, key tests were conducted on various drive structures, including conveyor belt motors, lifting cylinders, screw heads, etc., to ensure that they can accurately and smoothly complete opening, closing, and resetting actions according to instructions, laying a solid foundation for subsequent complex linkage operations.

 

3)Precise Testing of Core Filling Functions:

 

This is the most challenging step in the inspection process, directly related to the ultimate performance of the equipment. The engineering team conducted repeated simulations and parameter calibration on the following key functions:

 

  ● Filling quantitative setting: Through multiple sampling and weighing, verify the measurement accuracy and consistency of the eight filling heads, ensuring that each bottle's packaging volume fully meets the tolerance range set by the customer.

  ● Filling time and speed adjustment: Test the filling effect under different time parameters to ensure that the equipment can flexibly adapt to liquids of different viscosity, achieving the best balance between efficiency and accuracy.

  ● Bottle jamming and no bottle filling function: Simulate the shortage of bottles in production, sensitive sensors immediately trigger, and the corresponding filling head automatically stops moving. This function effectively avoids material waste and pollution of the production environment, reflecting the intelligence level of the equipment.
