Chili Powder Grinding Machine Ready for Test

Busy week, our chili powder grinding machine is completed assembly and debugging, and ready for the test. This newly completed machine is our economical SLU series chili grinding machine, specifically designed for small-to-medium-scale production. Its core purpose is to efficiently process dried chilies into fine chili powder. This model can reach a stable production capacity of approximately 70 kg/h, precisely meeting customers' dual needs for cost-effectiveness and practicality.

The following is a description of the design and functions of the completed grinding machine.

I. Meticulously Designed for Both Space and Efficiency

1)Integrated Design: Effective Space Saving

To meet specific customer production capacity needs, this model features a compact and efficient integrated design for the chili grinding machine. This design not only boasts a robust structure but also significantly optimizes the overall equipment layout. Such design effectively saves installation and operating space on the production site.

2)Dust Removal System: Clean Production

The entire system includes a cyclone dust collector, which actively separates and collects fine dust during the grinding process. This helps to reduce dust emissions in the work area and providing a strong guarantee for producing cleaner and more consistent quality chili powder. Under the discharge valve, we have specially equipped a high-efficiency powder sifting machine as a cooperating device. Such device is to ensure that the fineness of the finished chili powder strictly meets the customer's set process standards.

II. Intelligent Circulation Ensures Consistent Quality

The equipment's working principle reflects meticulous control over production quality. Firstly, the grinder part grinds the dried chili peppers into powder. Then, under the influence of airflow from a fan, the ground material is conveyed to the discharge end for final discharge. During this process, excessively fine dust is effectively trapped and collected in a dedicated box by a cyclone dust collector, maintaining a clean environment.

To meet customers' high requirements for the fineness of the finished product, the accompanying sifting machine plays a crucial role as a "quality gatekeeper". The ground material undergoes precise grading by the sifting machine. Chili powder that fully meets the required fineness can directly enter the filling process; while coarse material that does not meet the fineness requirements is automatically screened out and manually returned to the main grinding unit for further grinding. This closed-loop design achieves the recycling of materials, ensuring that the final chili powder produced has uniform fineness and consistent quality.

III. Summary and Outlook

Currently, this chili powder grinding machine is fully assembled, and all static checks meet design specifications. The next step is for the equipment to undergo comprehensive no-load and load testing. We will systematically verify its operational stability, actual production capacity, grinding fineness, dust removal effect, and energy consumption, among other key performance indicators.
