This is a well-designed integrated turmeric grinding machine with dust removal system. It's not a standalone machine, but a complete working unit. There are mainly four core machine components.

1. Grinding Unit:

This is the heart of the grinding machine. Utilizing high-strength materials and precision manufacturing processes, it ensures powerful grinding capabilities for hard materials.

By adjusting the screen mesh, you can control the fineness of the turmeric powder from coarse size to fine size.

2. Pulse Dust Removal System:

Key to Environmental Protection and Recycling: Equipped with a high-pressure pulse device, it periodically blows and automatically cleans dust adhering to the filter bags.

3. Cyclone Discharge Device:

2. Diverse Hopper Designs to Handle Different Material States

Standard Hopper Type: It is suitable for granular or small lump materials which move very quickly.

Inclined Hopper: It is a specific design for large pieces of materials such as turmeric slices. Because turmeric slices are thin and flat, they are prone to bridging and clogging at the inlet. The inclined design utilizes the material's own gravity, allowing it to slide more smoothly and evenly into the crushing chamber, achieving smoother material discharge.

3. Diverse Blade (Grinding Component) Options

The selection of built-in grinding components is flexible based on material characteristics and finished product requirements.

Moving Hammer Type: Highly recommended for turmeric grinding. Utilizing high-speed rotating moving hammers for impact and shearing grinding, it boasts high impact force, high grinding efficiency, and relatively controllable heat generation.

Turbine Type: It is suitable for materials requiring higher fineness and flowability. If you also need to grind black pepper, ginger, chili, etc, this type can also be a good choice.

Blade Type: Such design is suitable for the initial crushing of brittle materials with less fiber and lower toughness.

Grinding Disc Type: For crystal materials, such design is more suitable.
