II. Unique Structural Design

The large-scale spice grinder adopts a horizontal grinding chamber structure, which can hold more dry spices at a time. The integration of grinding head and cyclone dust collection system enables continuous output of spice powder. Simultaneously, spice dust generated during pulverization is effectively collected in the dust collection box. The entire spice powder production process is cleaner and more hygienic, meeting food production requirements.

III. Working Process

Feeding: You can choose to manually pour in the spices. Or you choose to automatically feed them using a belt conveyor or screw feeder.

Crushing: After the raw materials enter the machine cavity, multiple sets of built-in crushing blades will crush and grind them.

Sieving: After crushing, powder particles with pore sizes smaller than the sieve mesh size will be sieved out.

Discharge: The large spice grinder has the blower. The blower will blow the screened powder to the cyclone for discharge.

V. How to Use the Machine

Connect the wire first, and connect the air compressor. Start the blower first then turn on the discharge motor, and grind motor and the pulse for the dust collecting. Then throw the spice into the feeding hopper of the dry spice grinder, you can see spice powder out from the discharge valve.

Check the spice powder size, and if you need coarser or finer, you can change the different size sieve. We suggest you to purchase different size sieves as spare parts when purchasing the dry spice grinding machine.
