IV. Completion of Factory Testing
After the equipment was manufactured, our technical center conducted comprehensive pre-shipment functional testing to ensure stable and reliable equipment performance:
Test Item 1: Equipment Functional Test
● All motors operated normally without abnormal noise.
● The stirring system operated smoothly with good wall scraping effect.
● The homogenizer rose and fell freely with reliable sealing.
● The vacuum system maintained pressure successfully.
Test result: All functions of the PLC control system were normal.
Test Item 2: Water Addition and Stirring Test
● Using clean water as the medium, the equipment's operating status was tested.
● The stirring system and homogenizer worked together normally.
● The rotor pump discharged material smoothly with stable flow.
Test result: All valves opened and closed sensitively without leakage.

Test Conclusion: All functional indicators of the equipment meet the design requirements and are approved for shipment.
V. Follow-up Arrangements
The equipment will be packaged and shipped soon, and is expected to arrive at the customer's factory within a week. Our company will simultaneously arrange for after-sales engineers to go to the site for installation and commissioning. Also, we will provide system training to the customer's operators to ensure the equipment is put into production as soon as possible.
