I. Definition of Vertical Cutter Mixer Model R60

The R60 model vertical cutter mixer is our 60L loading volume mixer. It means that the batch processing quantity of the cutter mixer is 60L. Basically within 5-20min, 60 kilograms of large chunks of cheese, apples, blueberries, durian, vegetables, etc., will be quickly ground into a silky liquid or sauce.

II. Performance Description

● High shearing speed: A maximum speed of 3000 rpm for R60 model, quick paste/powder crushing results.

● Flexible speed adjustment design: The machine features variable frequency speed control to meet different food grinding needs. Minimum speed is 1500 rpm.

● Low material feeding requirements: Large pieces of food do not require pre-crushing. Direct feeding into our cutter mixer is feasible.

● Simultaneous mixing and grinding functions: Feed in multiple materials into the machine for mixing and grinding. No need to purchase a second machine.

● Low food waste rate: This vertical mixer is equipped with a wall scraping system; materials adhering to the walls are scraped off and reused in the mixing and grinding process.

III. Ingenious Structural Design

● Pot design: The stainless steel barrel has a smooth surface and a slight curvature, reducing the probability of material sticking to the pot.

● Wall scraping and stirring design: Increases the material's participation in the entire crushing and mixing process, resulting in a higher yield.

● Discharge design: About the 60L vertical cutter mixer machine, the tilting control is electric, very automatic. No need manual intervention.

● Electrical control upgrade: You can use the PLC touch screen to realize the crushing function and set the time and speed.
