I. Cutter Mixer Machine Overview

II. Crushing Principle

At the bottom of the commercial mixer bowl, there are detachable cutters installed. Driven by the electricity, the cutting blades can run at a very high speed. The inside ingredients will be cut, sheared, mixed, ground, etc into very thin granules or paste. By tilting the bowl over 90 degrees, you can discharge the materials. Or we support the installation of a discharge valve at the bottom for high fluid food paste/juice.
