In November, the FHC Shanghai Global Food Exhibition was held in Shanghai, China. As a machine manufacturer deeply rooted in core technologies of food processing and packaging, we chose to use our booth as a watchtower. We devoted more energy to a proactive field survey, visiting core exhibition areas such as Confectionery & Chocolate, and Food Processing & Packaging.

How to precisely control the generation and retention of flavor substances during gentle steaming and cooking?
The Desire for End-to-End Efficiency: In discussions with several sauce companies with annual production capacities of tens of thousands of tons, whole-line collaboration, data silos, and rapid production changeover were frequently mentioned terms. What they need is not a single high-speed machine, but a solution that can seamlessly connect raw material pretreatment, emulsification and cooking to various end packaging (cups, bottles, bags).
