The core design of the double cone mixer is a "drum" welded together from conical cylinders at both ends and a cylindrical section in the middle. But it's far more than a simple rotating container.

The essence of its design lies in simulating the most efficient mixing method in nature—free flow and diffusion in a gravitational field. This means the mixing process involves no strong shearing or high-speed agitation, respecting and utilizing the raw material particles in their most authentic form.
The mixer rotates around its central axis. Inside the cylinder, powder materials undergo multi-dimensional, complex movements (up, down, left, right, forward, and backward) under the influence of gravity. Specifically:
1. Lifting and Sliding: The material is lifted to a certain height by the cylinder wall and then slides down like a miniature avalanche.
2. Diffusion and Penetration: During the sliding process, particles of different components interpenetrate, penetrate, and diffuse.
3. Circulation and Iteration: This process repeats cyclically with each rotation of the cylinder, achieving a uniform distribution from macroscopic to microscopic levels in a short time.
