Blocky or granular materials can be directly chopped and ground by the blades into fine paste. II. Cooking Mixer Function Design

 

Mechanical design concept: Integrating heating and cooking, food chopping, and food mixing into one machine. Creating high-performance sauce cooking equipment for the food processing industry. The automatic sauce cooking mixer can achieve all the functions mentioned.

 

Jacket heating design: The heating cooking pot is three-layer design, and the middle layer is the heating purpose. Hot water or high temperature steam are often sent into the jacket for the inside food heating use.

 

Chopping function: Equipped with rotating blades at the bottom, it has an extremely strong crushing and mixing effect. Food is chopped while being heated, and it quickly turns into a paste.

 

Mixing function: The scraping and stirring function scrapes the sides of the pot while heating the sauce, effectively preventing it from burning. Also, the stirring ensures even heat distribution throughout the pot.

III. Cutter Type Cooking Mixer Structural Features

 

Feeding method: The standard model uses a semi-open lid. Simply open the top lid to add the ingredients for making the sauce. We also support customized designs, adding functional ports and vacuum functions.

 

Chopping method: Two blades are installed at the bottom of the pot, with a maximum rotation speed of 3000 rpm. The blades create a powerful turbine during operation, resulting in both pulverization and mixing. Furthermore, the blade design is versatile, allowing for up to three sets of blades. The blade pattern is replaceable to achieve homogenization of different sauces.

Discharge port design: A discharge valve is located at the bottom of the pot. Opening the valve allows the sauce to automatically flow out from the bottom of the pot.

 

Integrated appearance design: The designers cleverly integrated all parts of the steaming machine, resulting in a beautiful and elegant appearance. The machine's dimensions are also rationally planned, providing food processing plants with more flexible layout and placement space.
