As a representative of Japanese flavor, wasabi sauce is increasingly popular in the market, and spout bag packaging has become one of its mainstream packaging forms due to its convenient and leak proof characteristics. I. Customer Requirements
The wasabi sauce produced by this customer has a viscous texture and poor fluidity, which can easily lead to inaccurate measurement and low efficiency in traditional filling processes. The customer wishes to introduce a small automated device to achieve the core goal of saving manpower and increasing production capacity within limited space and budget.

II. Filling Solution
Based on customer needs, we recommend a semi-automatic spout pouch bag filling and capping machine. The device is extremely easy to operate:
1)Manual operation only requires placing the empty suction nozzle bag into the automatic bagging station.
2)The entire process of automatic capping, quantitative filling, tightening and sealing is automatically completed.
This design significantly reduces repetitive labor while retaining the flexibility of necessary manual intervention, achieving efficient continuous production.
III. Targeted Design to Overcome Material Challenges
To adapt to the characteristics of wasabi sauce, we have made two key configurations based on the standard model:
1)Rotary pump metering system: specially designed for medium to high viscosity sauces, with stable conveying and precise metering, avoiding dripping and drawing;
2)Hopper mixing device: Continuous gentle mixing to maintain material uniformity and fluidity, ensuring consistent filling.
The filling speed of the equipment is about 15-20 bags per minute (adjustable according to the material status and capacity), which significantly improves packaging efficiency while ensuring accuracy.
IV. Summary
Through the help of this sauce pouch bag filling machine, the customer not only achieved a reduction in labor costs and a stable increase in production capacity, but also successfully solved the technical difficulties in filling viscous wasabi sauce.
