Plastic cup filling and sealing machines are key equipment in modern food packaging. Their core function is to automatically fill liquid and semi-liquid foods(such as honey, jam, hot sauce, pet food, but butter, etc) into plastic cups and seal them (using either a stretch film or sheet film). The entire process is efficient and hygienic.

Plastic cup filling and sealing machines mainly come in two types: linear and rotary. When choosing, you can consider the following points:
1)Linear: The equipment is arranged in a straight line, and the cups move stepwise along the track to complete each operation. This type of equipment has a relatively simple structure, is suitable for medium to high-speed production, and offers convenient cup mold changes and good flexibility.
2)Rotary: The core of the equipment is a rotating worktable, where the cups complete each process while rotating. This design ensures smooth operation and is especially suitable for high-speed, large-scale production.
The workflow of this type of equipment typically includes the following steps:
1)Cup dropping: Semi-automatic systems allow for manual cup placement into the cup holder mold. Fully automatic systems have an automatic cup drop device, requiring no manual intervention.
2)Filling materials: Employs multiple filling systems (pneumatic type, servo motor type, etc) to accommodate various food types. Filling nozzles typically feature anti-drip and anti-stringing designs to maintain cleanliness.
3)Automatic film feeding and sealing: The equipment automatically feeds and heat-seals the sealing film. An independent temperature control system and photoelectric tracking (such as a film alignment system or photoelectric pattern matching) ensure aligned sealing patterns and a secure seal.
4)Post-Processing and output: After sealing, automatic coding (production date, batch number), automatic capping, and final product automatic discharge are all possible. A conveyor belt can be added to connect to subsequent packaging lines.
