I. Brief Introduction

High speed auto cup filling and sealing machines are highly automated filling equipment that continuously completes a series of actions, including cup conveying, material filling, and sealing.

Among these machines, linear structures are widely used due to their high efficiency and ease of compliance with modern production standards. Different filling systems (e.g., gravity flow, piston, screw type) can be selected according to product requirements to adapt to various material forms, including liquids, pastes, granular materials, and even powders. By changing molds and adjusting parameters, it can also adapt to cups of different materials (e.g., PS, PP, PET) and sizes.

1)Identification and Traceability System: 

Print production date, batch number, and other information on the sealing film.

2)Hygiene and Sterilization System: 

It includes UV germicidal lamps to sterilize the inside of empty cups. Some models can also be equipped with a CIP automatic cleaning system for convenient internal cleaning.

3)Capping and Sealing System: 

For products requiring additional protection or specific packaging forms (such as yogurt cups with lids), an automatic capping and sealing system can be provided.
