This wet rice grinder machine is a specialized device for grinding wet rice into an extremely smooth rice milk. It is the ideal choice for making traditional delicacies such as rice noodle rolls, rice cakes, rice vermicelli, rice noodles, and kueh teow, as well as various innovative rice-based drinks and complementary foods, laying the foundation for perfect taste.

The core technology of this rice grinder is based on the working principle of a colloid mill. Instead of traditional impact grinding, it utilizes a high-precision grinding disc structure.
The extremely high relative rotational speed generates powerful friction and centrifugal pressure on the material. Thereby, it grinds soaked rice and water together into a homogeneous and fine emulsion (i.e., rice slurry). This mechanism is particularly suitable for ultra-fine grinding scenarios requiring seamless separation of slurry and residue.

Due to the hard texture of rice, direct grinding can easily damage the equipment and result in poor fineness. Therefore, the rice needs to be thoroughly soaked in water for several hours to soften the grains. This is a crucial prerequisite for obtaining high-quality rice milk.
After the soaking as the preparation step, now we come to the grinding step. The soaked rice is mixed with water in a specific ratio and fed into the equipment's inlet.
The material undergoes high-speed, high-precision grinding inside the equipment, producing a very fine primary rice milk in a single pass. If you pursue ultimate fineness, we recommend the circulating grinding mode.
