I. What Is A Rice Flour Grinder Machine


Rice flour grinder machine, as the name suggests, is an industrial device specifically designed to grind dried rice into fine powder. Functionally, it uses mechanical force to crush, compress, shear, and impact rice grains, ultimately processing them into rice flour of varying fineness.

 

To achieve a fine and uniform grinding effect, modern professional flour grinder typically employ ultra-fine grinding technology. Our SLA series is such type, the core advantage is its ability to overcome the fineness limits of ordinary grinders.

II. Flexible Feeding Methods

 

To adapt to different production scales and working environments, we suggest four different rice conveying ways to the grinder machine.

 

1)Self-priming feeding: The flour grinder comes with a powerful fan that automatically draws rice from the rice bags into the grinding chamber using negative pressure.

 

2)Vacuum feeder feeding: For feeding scenarios requiring long distances, you can use a vacuum conveyor to achieve completely enclosed, dust-free, automated feeding.

 

3)Screw feeder feeding: The screw conveyor can realize precise control of the feeding speed. The feeding is stable and uniform, helping to maintain stable operating conditions within the grinding chamber.

 

4)Manual feeding: For small-batch or experimental production, users can also manually pour rice into the hopper.



III. Special Design for Rice Characteristics

 

Rice has a hard texture and may contain trace minerals, causing significant wear on the grinding components. Ordinary grinding components not only have a short lifespan but can also lead to metal contamination due to wear. Therefore, our rice mill features the following core reinforced designs.

 

1)Wear-resistant alloy blades: The core grinding components are made of special wear-resistant steel, with high-strength alloy inlaid in the easily worn blade sections. This greatly improves the blades' impact resistance and wear resistance, significantly extending their service life.

 

2)Reinforced alloy toothed disc: The tooth disc inside the grinding chamber is also reinforced. An alloy inlay process increases its surface hardness, forming a highly efficient grinding pair with the moving blades. This ensures consistently high grinding efficiency and eliminates the problem of insufficient fineness due to component wear.

IV. Highly Efficient and Precise Crushing Process

 

The rice crushing process in this equipment is a highly efficient, closed, and continuous physical process:

 

1)Feeding: You can send the rice into the crusher hopper using any of the feeding methods described above.

 

2)Crushing: After entering the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating alloy blades and the fixed alloy toothed disc bring powerful shearing force to instantly break up the rice. 

 

3)Grading and sieving: The crushed powder enters the built-in grading wheel under the action of blower. By adjusting the frequency on the control panel, you can control the grading speed to reach the purpose of sieving different fineness powder.

 

4)Continuous discharging: With the dust collecting system and cyclone design, the powder discharging process is continuous. Usually the customers put a stainless steel silo to collect the powdered rice.
