II. Customer Background: Upgrading Needs of a Small-Scale Condiment Manufacturer

 

Firstly, let us see the customer background. The customer is a small enterprise specializing in the production of condiments, offering a diverse product line that includes aromatic meat sauce, mushroom sauce, as well as uniquely flavored garlic paste and chili sauce. These condiments are not only household staples but also highly favored by small-scale catering establishments.

 

Prior to filing machine purchase, customers had been using traditional manual filling methods. Workers hold measuring cups and funnels, carefully pouring thick sauce into plastic or glass bottles. This method has low efficiency and difficult to guarantee filling accuracy. Also they often encounter problems such as layering and uneven filling when facing sauces with high oil content and high particle content. 3.1 U-shaped Mixing Hopper


Based on the actual situation of the customer, we have developed a targeted plan. Considering the characteristics of sauce containing particles and high oil content, we have specially designed a U-shaped mixing hopper. This unique structure can continuously and gently stir during the filling process, effectively preventing oil separation and particle precipitation, ensuring that each bottle of sauce maintains a uniform texture and stable flavor.

3.2 Sauce Metering Pump


In terms of filling pumps, we recommend the pneumatic piston pump solution. This pump type has strong adaptability to materials. Whether it is sauce bodies containing mushroom particles, or garlic paste and chili sauce with different flow ability, it can achieve stable and precise filling.

 

3.3 Operating Platform


Considering the actual layout and operational convenience of the customer's workshop, we have specifically integrated the operating platform into the overall design. After arriving at the customer's workshop, this small filling machine can be directly put into use without the need for an additional workbench, saving installation time and space costs.

 

3.4 Filling Speed


In terms of filling speed, the equipment is designed with an adjustable range of 5-15 bottles per minute. The specific production capacity may vary depending on the filling volume and material characteristics, but compared to pure manual operation, the efficiency improvement is obvious. For the commonly used 100-500ml bottle types by customers, the equipment can easily handle them and achieve efficient continuous operation.
