This type chocolate homogenize mixing tank dual function is designed to redefine the delicacy and silkiness of chocolate sauce.
Traditional chocolate sauce production methods often face challenges such as uneven texture, grainy consistency, and unstable emulsification. The dual function type was born to confront with this challenge. It's not just a simple mixing tank, but a miniature precision factory integrating mixing, emulsification, grinding, heating, and cooling.

Our design philosophy: thorough emulsification, homogenization, temperature control, and smooth opening and closing.
The system employs a anchor type stirring paddle with a built-in food-grade flexible scraper. It rotates 360° close to the tank wall, completely solving the problem of "sinking and caramelizing" of high-viscosity materials.
In chocolate sauce production, this system ensures thorough and uniform mixing of solid ingredients such as cocoa butter, sugar, and milk powder. Also it achieves efficient and thorough heat transfer during the heating stage. This step is key to achieving preliminary emulsification and preventing localized overheating.

2)Upper Homogenizing Head (Fine Emulsification and Ultra fine Grinding):
Function: Equipped with a high-speed shear homogenizer (speed up to 0-2,900rpm), the homogenizer generates powerful shearing force to shear material particles to the micron level.
Application in chocolate sauce: This is the key to achieving a "velvety texture." It thoroughly breaks down cocoa particles, sugar crystals, and any potential lumps in the recipe. Then the great and stable oil-water emulsion system bring you the chocolate slurry in a glossy, velvety smooth state.

3)Collaborative Working Mode:
The bottom scraper agitator can be activated first for initial mixing and heating. Then you can start the upper homogenizer for fine grinding and emulsification. Both can work simultaneously or alternately, completing all processes in one batch, doubling efficiency.
Easy operation: It significantly simplifies processes such as ingredient addition, observation, sampling, and cleaning. Operators can easily intervene to check the sauce's condition or add trace ingredients (such as spices or salt) at any time.
Built-in steam generator/electric heater: Compared to traditional jacketed heating, the built-in heating element responds more quickly, has higher thermal efficiency, and provides more precise temperature control.
Built-in condenser: This is a revolutionary design that enables rapid cooling within the same container. After chocolate sauce emulsification, rapid cooling is required to prevent oil separation (crystallization) and to lock in flavor.
Superior Quality: The dual emulsification system ensures unprecedented smoothness and silky texture in the chocolate sauce, with no graininess and a long-lasting shine.
High Stability: High efficient emulsification and precise temperature control prevent problems such as oil-sauce separation, sugar crystal precipitation, or coarsening of the texture during storage, extending shelf life.
Extremely Low Loss: The bottom-scraping design ensures full utilization of raw materials, greatly reducing residue waste. It also completely eliminates the risk of entire batches being scrapped due to scorching.
Intelligent Operation: All parameters (temperature, time, rotation speed) can be preset and stored on the PLC touch screen. This enables standardized and repeatable production and reducing reliance on operator experience.
